The Project

This project is included on the 2004 referendum project list. It will be a comprehensive modernization and replacement of the existing Suncoast High. It will be relocated from the existing campus and built adjacent to the new JFK Middle School. In phase III, a stadium will also be constructed. Phase IV is the offsite roadwork and traffic signals.

Building 1 (Administration/Media):
Substantial completion and TCO achieved 4-23-10.

Building 2 (Dining area/Kitchen):
Substantial completion and TCO achieved 4-28-10.

Building 3 (classrooms):
Substantial completion and TCO achieved 4-28-10.

Building 4 (auditorium):
Substantial completion and TCO achieved 4-29-10.

Building 5 (Gym):
Substantial completion and TCO achieved 5-7-10.

Building 6 (chillers):
Substantial completion and TCO achieved 5-7-10.
